The Academic Year in Freiburg is a one-year study abroad program at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, Germany. It is a consortial program offered by the University of Iowa, University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison which allows students the opportunity to improve fluency in the German language while taking a blend of program classes and regular German university classes.
